As of June 1, 2026, there were approximately 123 homes built in Phases I & II, with 59 vacant lots remaining and 3 homes currently under construction.
Mattamy Homes will develop the final 44 homesites in Stone House (they purchased the lots on 02/24/26), completing the community’s planned total of 226 buildable lots. Home construction is scheduled to begin in Winter 2026. Initial site work began in May 2026, including plans to construct a bridge over Lost Canyon Wash. The luxury home sizes in Stone House currently range from approximately 1,654 sf to 4,301 sf with the average home size being 2,759 sf. The HOA requires a minimum home size of 1,750 sf. As of 06/01/26, the prominent builders in Stone House have been AF Sterling Homes (53 homes), Cornerstone Homes (28) and Terra Cotta Building & Development (19). I could not find builder info for 10 of the 123 homes built at this time. The original developer was Diamond Ventures.
Per Pima County records on June 1, 2026, the number of homes built by year in Stone House is as follows: 2006 (2 homes), 2007 (5), 2008 (2), 2010 (1), 2012 (1), 2015 (1), 2017 (1), 2018 (3), 2019 (22), 2020 (19), 2021 (19), 2022 (27), 2023 (9), 2024 (7) and 2025 (4).
Electric (TEP), Gas (SW Gas), Water (Quail Creek Water), Sewer (Pima County Wastewater Reclamation) and Cable/Internet (Cox Communications) are available.

The 2026 Annual HOA Fee is $1,330.56 (Quarterly Payments of $332.64). The private roads in the HOA are maintained by the HOA. Fire Protection is included in real estate taxes, so a separate subscription fee is not required.
GVR (Green Valley Recreation) is NOT available in Stone House.
