Madera Shadows is a 174-acre premier gated, luxury residential community in southeast Green Valley, AZ. It is located south of E White House Canyon Road, off of S Camino De La Canoa.
 
Madera Shadows is a Non-Age Restricted subdivision. There are 42 buildable lots with panoramic mountain views ranging in size from 1.41 to 4.59 acres, with the average lot size being 2.14 acres. Per Pima County records as of September 1, 2023, there are currently 24 luxury homes built in the community along with 18 vacant lots. The prominent builders in the community have been RJ Homes/Barrio Homes (Robert Roberson) with 10 homes built and Dorn Homes with 7 homes built.
 
The luxury home sizes in Madera Shadows range from approximately 2,460 sf to 4,332 sf, with the average home size being 3,278 sf. The homes in Madera Shadows enjoy spectacular mountain views. 2024 Annual HOA Fees are $500 for vacant lots and $1,000 for existing homes and homes under construction. As of 01/01/25, HOA Fees will be $1,000 for all of the homes and vacant lots. The private roads in the community are maintained by the HOA.
 
GVR (Green Valley Recreation) is NOT required, but it is available and may already be deeded on some properties.
 
GVR’s Pickleball Center is located just down the road at 2612 S Camino De La Canoa.
