Madera Reserve is a non-gated luxury residential community on the extended southeast side of Green Valley, AZ. It is located east of Old Nogales Hwy and north of E White House Canyon Road. From E White House Canyon Road, Madera Reserve can be accessed off of S Madera Reserve Drive or S Campbell Avenue.
Madera Reserve is a Non-Age Restricted subdivision. It is a 360-Acre community with 296 buildable lots ranging in size from 0.23 to 4.77 acres (the average lot size is 0.66 acres). As of 08/20/24, there are approximately 257 homes built in the community, 2 homes under construction and 37 vacant lots. There is approximately 131 acres of common area.
The prominent home builders in the community have been as follows: Dorn Homes (110 Homes), Del Bac/Jesus Briones (26), Associate Homes (10), Builders Development Group (10), Lochridge Homes (7), Sonoran Signature Homes (7) and Peyton Taylor Homes (5). Note: Builder records were not found for 25 homes built in the community.
Per Pima County records on 08/20/24, the number of homes built by year in Madera Reserve is as follows: 1997 (28 Homes), 1998 (32), 1999 (26), 2000 (21), 2001 (37), 2002 (23), 2003 (12), 2004 (15), 2005 (14), 2006 (19), 2007 (7), 2008 (2), 2009 (1), 2015 (2), 2016 (1), 2017 (1), 2018 (2), 2019 (2), 2021 (2), 2022 (1), 2023 (6) and 2024 (2). As previously mentioned, there are also 2 homes under construction.
Electric (TEP – Tucson Electric Power), Gas (SW Gas), Water (Global Water Resources), Sewer (Pima County) and Cable/Internet (Cox Communications) are available.
GVR (Green Valley Recreation) is NOT required, but it is available and may already be deeded on some properties.
GVR’s Pickleball Center is located close by at 2612 S Camino De La Canoa.

The Annual HOA Fee is $333.50 for 2024. The HOA can keep their fees low as the roads in the community are maintained by Pima County. Fire Protection is included in real estate taxes so a separate subscription fee is not required.
