Madera Foothills Estates is a 109-Acre gated (24/7) luxury residential community in southeast Green Valley, AZ. It is located south of E White House Canyon Road, off of S Camino De La Canoa. The homes are located on E Bent Branch Place (10 homes) and S Rolling Rock Place (10 homes).
Madera Foothills Estates is a Non-Age Restricted subdivision. There are 25 buildable lots ranging in size from 1.06 to 3.55 acres, with the average lot size being 2.24 acres. As of 06/01/26, there are currently 20 homes built in the community. Of the five remaining vacant lots, four are owned by a former homeowner who purchased them as buffer/privacy lots around their old home. After selling their home, those four lots were listed for sale on 04/15/26. Dorn Homes has been the prominent builder in the community with 12 homes built as of 06/01/26.
The home sizes in Madera Foothills Estates range from 1,910 sf to 5,787 sf, with the average home size being 3,076 sf. The HOA requires a minimum home size of 2,000 sf. Bordering the community to the east, the Santa Rita Experimental Range (SRER) stands as the longest continuously active rangeland research facility and among the five oldest biological field stations in the United States. Its proximity adds historical and ecological significance to the area.
GVR (Green Valley Recreation) is NOT required, but it is available and may already be deeded on some properties.
GVR’s Pickleball Center is located just down the road at 2612 S Camino De La Canoa.
The HOA is self-managed by the homeowners. They do not have a public website, but they do utilize a private Facebook page, PayHOA, as well as Dropbox for internal business and document sharing. 2026 HOA Fees are $900/Yr, billed quarterly. The private roads in the community are maintained by the HOA.
