Desert Hills II (DH2) is a 55+ community located in southwest Green Valley, AZ. It is located off of S Camino Del Sol, south of Continental Road and West of Interstate I-19.
 
The community consists of 613 townhomes (2 Bedroom & 2 Bath) and many of them have fantastic mountain views.
The townhomes range in size from 926 sf to approximately 2,226 sf.
DH2 was began by Fairfield Homes in 1978 and the 613 townhomes were built from 1978 thru 1992.
All of the townhomes have 1 or 2 stall carports or garages.
