Green Valley Fairways is an Age-Restricted 55+ community in northeast Green Valley, AZ. It is located off of North and South Abrego Drive (just north and south of E Esperanza Blvd).
 
The community consists of 759 homes in three subdivisions (Fairways 1, Fairways 2 and Fairways 3). The homes were built from 1964 thru 1973. The community features many different styles of homes, with some of them having wonderful golf course and mountain views.

Membership to GVR (Green Valley Recreation) is voluntary on the homes in the GV Fairways community. Some of the homes already have the GVR deed restriction, and some do not. Remember, once a property has the GVR deed restriction, it can’t be removed. GVR’s East Center is located within the community at 7 S Abrego Drive and many other GVR centers are located nearby.
 
The Haven Golf Course, an accommodating public golf course, is located within the boundaries of the GV Fairways community.
