Townhouse V (or Townhouse 5) is a 55+ community located in northwest Green Valley, AZ. It is located north of W Esperanza Blvd, between La Canada and Interstate 19.
 
All of the 52 townhomes of Townhouse 5 are located on the following streets off of W Esperanza Blvd: The W Esperanza Blvd frontage road (8 Homes), N Las Yucas (12 Homes), W Los Robles (11 Homes), N Los Olmos (13 Homes) and N Los Pinos (8 Homes).
 
Per Pima County records, the townhomes were built between 1966 and 1974. The number of homes built by year in Townhouse 5 were as follows: 1966 (5 homes), 1967 (2 homes), 1968 (4 homes), 1969 (9 homes), 1970 (10 homes), 1971 (10 homes), 1972 (11 homes) and 1974 (1 home).
 
The townhomes (2 to 3 Bedrooms and 2 to 2.5 Baths) range in size from 1,104 sf to approximately 2,474 sf. Two of the homes are 2-story homes (on the Esperanza Blvd frontage road).
 
Most (50) of the 52 townhomes have 1 or 2 stall carports. One home has a 2 stall garage and a 1 stall carport. Another home has a 2 stall garage. The lot sizes in Townhouse 5 range from 0.11 acres to 0.25 acres.

GVR (Green Valley Recreation) membership is considered voluntary in Townhouse 5.
Many of the properties have GVR, but it was NOT a deed restriction requirement on the entire community.
Remember, once a property has the GVR deed restriction, there is no taking it off.
GVR’s East Center is located nearby at 7 S Abrego Drive. There are also three other GVR centers close by (Las Campanas, Casa Paloma I and Casa Paloma II).
 
Haven Golf Course is located about a half mile away to the east at 110 N Abrego Drive.
